Universal Bender

The Universal Bender is a revolutionary leap forward in metal bending. The UB-5 is the same machine as the UB-5H minus the hydraulics. Several patents on its design features have been filed in the U.S and foreign countries. Its unique workings come out of several decades of manufacturing and commercial metal fabricating experience. Its creation is the result of a certain amount of frustration with the shortcomings of the tools that have been available for metal bending.

One of the inherent deficiencies in affordable benders, not employing computers, is that there has been no good system for recording how the bends for a particular project were made. Making the same bends at a later date means starting over from scratch. It requires a good memory and or a lot of complicated notes should one decide to repeat what he or she once did. For the most part it’s been left up to the fabricator to figure out how bends and angles are made that may be needed for a project. This leads to unnecessary scrap until the user becomes self educated which can take awhile.
